Why were we asked to help
1. Lack of knowledge- Most investors and their professional teams fall into two categories regarding 1031 exchanges: a) No knowledge b) Limited knowledge As it is with most tools, a lack of knowledge can cause hesitation, anxiety and poor decision making. 2. Lack of experience- Since most investors and their teams lack sufficient knowledge of 1031 exchanges, few take advantage of the opportunity and suffer from a lack of experience. |
History
The idea of “matching” resources evolved from years of helping and educating investors and their teams on 1031 exchanges. On numerous occasions, our clients would ask for help with finding properties, CPAs, attorneys or other real estate professionals. This was not as easy as it sounds, since many investors and professionals simply do not have the necessary experience with 1031 exchanges. We had to go through our database, find those who would be a good fit, then bring up their level of education. Benefits
