MatchProp is a professional approach to providing a continual and expanding knowledge base of matching opportunities and resources to real estate investors and the professionals who serve them in an exclusive membership based format.
We've helped many investors and their teams with 1031 exchanges through Private Exchange Group. Since exchanges are unfamiliar to most, we're usually asked to provide additional support in the form of properties for sale, advice, education and strategic planning, which we are unable to do. Therefore, we had to try to "match" the right resource with the client's needs which took too long and was inefficient...until MatchProp.
